When you send an enquiry, we process the details you enter: your full name, email address, the service you selected and your message, plus your company name and phone number if you provide them.

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request and the consent you give by ticking the box in the form.

Your message is delivered by email through Resend, a service that handles the technical sending on our behalf, and is stored in our business mailbox. We do not store form data in a database on the website, use it for marketing or sell it to third parties.

On the contact page we use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors apart from automated programs. To do this, Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and device. More details are available in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site: which pages they visit, how long they stay and what kind of device they use. We use this information only to improve the site, never for advertising, and we do not link it to information from the contact form.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager load only after you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. If you click “Decline” or make no choice, they do not load and no data is sent to Google. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; we then delete the analytics cookies.

The service is provided by Google, so data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses, Google signals and advertising features are turned off, and data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months. The legal basis is your consent.

The technical cookie NEXT_LOCALE remembers your chosen language (Serbian or English) for up to one year. It is only set when you choose a language and is never used for tracking or advertising.

The technical cookie pr1mer_consent remembers your analytics choice (accepted or declined) for 12 months, so we don’t have to ask you on every visit.

Only with your consent, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>, which distinguish visitors and visits and last up to two years.

Cloudflare, which hosts the site and provides protection against automated programs (Turnstile), may set its own technical cookies that are necessary for the security and proper functioning of the site. They are not used for advertising.

We do not use marketing cookies, tracking pixels or embedded social media.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare records technical data on each visit, such as your IP address, the time of access and browser type, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

The site links to other websites, such as the projects in our portfolio. Those websites are responsible for how they handle your data.

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last exchange, unless we start working together or the law requires us to keep them longer. After that, we delete them.

Under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

• request access to your data
• ask for your data to be corrected or deleted
• ask us to restrict processing
• withdraw your consent at any time
• object to the processing
